Returns & Refunds
Our return window is thirty days from the date your order is delivered. If something isn’t right, write to hello@mileshighsupplies.store within that window with your order number and a short description of the problem. We’ll send a prepaid return label and process your refund or exchange as quickly as we can.
What’s returnable
Any item in its original condition — unused, unworn, with the maker’s tag still attached and any original packaging intact — is fully returnable within the thirty-day window. Leather goods that have been used (carried, broken in, conditioned) can be returned for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion; please reach out and describe the situation and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What’s not returnable
Custom-stamped, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Items marked as final sale on the product page are final sale. Gift cards are not returnable. Replacement toothbrush heads and other consumables are not returnable once the seal is broken.
How to return
- Email hello@mileshighsupplies.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS or UPS return label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, or in any sturdy box. Print and attach the label.
- Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location, or schedule a pickup through usps.com or ups.com.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of our receiving and inspecting your return. Most banks post the refund to your statement within three to five additional business days; some take up to ten. We’ll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.), in which case shipping is fully refunded. Return shipping is free for customers in the continental U.S.; international customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want. We’ll process the refund on the return as soon as it arrives, and the new order ships independently.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email hello@mileshighsupplies.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no charge, or refund the full purchase price plus original shipping, at your preference.
Leather patinas with use and develops natural variations in color and texture. These are not defects. Stitching that pulls loose within the one-year warranty period is a defect and is covered by our warranty (see Terms of Sale).
Gift returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, email us with the recipient’s name, the approximate date of purchase, and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll issue a store credit in your name; we will not refund the original purchaser’s card without their authorization.
Restocking fees
None. We don’t charge restocking fees on any return.
