The fastest way to reach us is by email. For order help, repair questions, sizing advice, or anything else, write to hello@mileshighsupplies.store. We respond to every message — usually within one business day, occasionally two when the workshop is at full tilt.
Workshop hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific. The workshop is closed on weekends and on U.S. federal holidays. We do not have a phone line — every customer message goes to a real person on the bench, not a call center.

This is our workshop address. We don’t run a public retail storefront here — please email before stopping by; we’re happy to host visitors when we can but we work in a small space and it’s easier to schedule a time.
Types of inquiries we answer
- Order status — Use the tracking number we sent by email when your order shipped. If you don’t have one or have questions, write to hello@mileshighsupplies.store with your order number.
- Returns and refunds — Email us within thirty days of delivery; details on our Returns page.
- Repairs — Stitching repair at cost, lifetime. Email a photo of the issue and we’ll quote shipping plus a token fee for materials.
- Sizing or material questions — Happy to advise. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll point you to the right product or tell you honestly if we don’t make what you need.
- Press and editorial — Write to press@mileshighsupplies.store with your outlet and the angle. We are selective about coverage but always reply.
- Wholesale and retail partnerships — Write to wholesale@mileshighsupplies.store with your shop name, location, and an idea of what you’d want to carry.
- Custom and corporate orders — We do limited runs of custom-stamped goods for corporate gifting (50-unit minimum). Email custom@mileshighsupplies.store with your timeline and concept.
